First three episodes prequalified by Oklahoma City Film & Creative Industries Office

OKLAHOMA CITY —Lighthouse Verticals, a vertical-format production company creating short-form video designed for mobile viewing, has officially launched in Oklahoma City. Specializing in faith-based micro-dramas, the company produces high-quality, values-driven series designed for quick, everyday viewing.

Co-founders and Oklahoma City natives Brent Ryan Green and Jesse Liddell enter the market with significant momentum. Backed by Tim Tebow’s Studio 316 and produced in partnership with Snow Story Productions, the company’s dedicated mobile application is scheduled to launch in fall 2026.

“I was born and raised in Oklahoma City, so keeping production in Oklahoma City and growing our local industry is extremely exciting,” said Brent Ryan Green, co-founder of Lighthouse Verticals. “Our goal is for Oklahoma City to become the vertical production capital of the country. The state's ease of doing business, strong incentives, resources and people make it an incredible place to build a production workflow from start to finish.”

Designed as an engaging, community-based social ecosystem built for everyday leisure viewing, Lighthouse Verticals seamlessly weaves faith-based values and strong ethics directly into its entertainment lineup. Both founders emphasize their non-negotiable commitment to viewer trust and family-safe content.

“We want you to know if you go on our site, you can scroll, binge and watch all the content you want, but the content is not going to cross a line—that’s the number one thing we’re about,” said Jesse Liddell, co-founder of Lighthouse Verticals. “I want Lighthouse to be something you can share and feel proud watching. We want to provide a safe community that matches your values, morals and ethics. These short-form soap operas are fun and meant to be enjoyed, but the values inside them are serious, and we take those seriously.”

Beyond pioneering new media formats, Lighthouse Verticals provides a direct economic boost to Oklahoma City by creating ongoing production activity, attracting national industry investment and generating local creative jobs. The Oklahoma City Film & Creative Industries Office has officially prequalified the company’s first three episodes for local film incentives, laying the groundwork for continuous physical production and crew hiring across the metropolitan area.

“Seeing local filmmakers like Brent and Jesse build something this innovative right here at home, that’s why we do what we do,” said Jill Simpson, Executive Director of the Oklahoma City Film & Creative Industries Office. “Prequalifying their first three episodes is so exciting because it’s not just about filming a project; it’s about creating steady, quality jobs for our local crews and putting Oklahoma City on the map in a brand-new area of entertainment.”

With additional projects scheduled to film in the metro area this season, Green and Liddell are demonstrating how local leaders can build scalable, forward-looking businesses that elevate the state's broader film economy.

“Most of our personal investment, operations and productions are right here in Oklahoma City, where we can directly invest in the local film workforce and give people valuable hands-on experience,” said Liddell. “Film is great advocacy for our city. When outside crews see how great Oklahoma City is, their immediate thought is to bring their next projects here.”

Lighthouse Verticals plans to launch its mobile application in fall 2026, featuring built-in community features allowing churches, youth groups and organizations to watch and share content together.
